Anthony joined Kinder in October 2018 as a Field Applications Specialist, a position that has offered him the chance to grow his expertise and build strong connections with customers. Looking back, he says,
“I started in October 2018 as a Field Applications Specialist, and the role has given me great opportunities to expand my knowledge and take on new challenges over nearly seven years.”

“Helping design customised transfer points that are efficient, resulting in a safer workplace and in the long run reducing overall running costs for my customers.”

“Just taking ownership of what I do every day and looking at solutions in a different way. Knowing if we don’t have an off-the-shelf solution, we have a team to help design a solution.”

“Even though I am the face that the customer sees, it’s great knowing you have a complete team backing you at head office that can help with any request you have from Engineering, Accounts, Warehouse to even collaborating with other territory managers and everyone is there to back each other. It’s a whole team effort.”

“I have had the opportunity to do both external and internal courses to help me grow within my position.”
