Kinder’s range of Rubber Lagged Rollers are the perfect solution for material carry back adhering to the underside of the conveyor belt.  This results in carry back build up on the roller shell causing belt tracking problems on the conveyor.

As well as reducing carryback build up on roller shells, Kinder recommends that rubber covered rollers be installed on both trough and return belt tracking devices to increase the tracking response and life of the rollers.

Both 40 and 60 Duro Rubber can minimise carry back when compare to conventional steel rollers.

The 40 Duro option is however better suited to carry back applications.  For wet/sticky product applications, 40 Duro is the preferred option.

In addition to material build up, shell wear would be improved as well as reduced noise level and belt slippage.
