This week the Kinder & Co Demo Conveyor has been getting dirty hitting the dusty roads of inland ACT and NSW. Our operations manager, Charles Pratt has wheeled into sites with a broad range of bulk materials handling applications including sand, gravel, grain, stock-feed, woodchip and paper recycling plants.
“Everyone finds the hands-on experience very educational. It’s a great opportunity to study a conveyor system and have installation and maintenance training without the pressure of an entire shut-down”, Charles commented.
“At most stops we have around 4-6 site engineers getting involved in the demo. Given that all of our sales team are qualified mechanical engineers ourselves, we can really understand their site specifics and give practical advice on how to address these issues. We don’t just fix a current problem, we always aim to give advice that will improve overall productivity and ease maintenance issues long term,” he added.
