A Victorian Quarry faced blinding issues in their screening operations, causing reduced efficiency, increased downtime, and higher maintenance costs. The Quarry Manager used a rubber block attached to rope, daily manual adjustments and intensive block shaking was required to unclog feed material.
To tackle this, Kinder’s K-Deblinding Rods were installed. These high-frequency vibrating rods, made of poly urethane, prevent material from sticking to screens.
