Our client is a leading sand processing operation located in Gippsland, Victoria, supplying high-quality construction and industrial sands to regional markets. conventional cleaner systems.
In sand handling applications, effective removal of carryback is essential to maintaining conveyor performance and reducing maintenance burden. Poor belt cleaning can lead to material build-up, increased housekeeping, accelerated component wear and higher maintenance exposure. The sand plant had experienced ongoing challenges with its existing belt cleaner arrangement, which incorporated an inferior polyurethane blade and traditional spring tensioning system.
