The evening featured a keynote presentation by Rachael Robertson, a leadership expert and former leader of the Australian expedition to Davis Station, Antarctica. Rachael shared her insights on leading teams in extreme environments, stressing that “respect trumps harmony.” Her message resonated with the audience, underscoring the importance of teamwork in challenging industries like ours.
