Kinder Australia was delighted to host the Boral VIC team at our Braeside Head Office and Showroom for an immersive, hands-on training experience designed to strengthen capability, improve safety outcomes, and build deeper operational understanding.
Rather than a traditional product session, this collaborative workshop focused on real-world problem solving, practical demonstrations, and open knowledge exchange between the Boral team and Kinder’s technical specialists.
Throughout the day, our Field Applications and Engineering Teams guided participants through key topics including:
🔹 Advanced conveyor performance troubleshooting.
🔹 Effective belt cleaning methods for improved material flow.
🔹 Dust control strategies for safer, cleaner sites.
🔹 Practical alignment techniques to reduce wear and downtime.
🔹 Smarter maintenance planning for long-term reliability.

The interactive environment encouraged questions, challenges, and real-site scenario discussions — helping the Boral team walk away with actionable insights tailored to their operational needs.
With more than 40 years of engineering expertise, Kinder’s commitment extends beyond supplying components. We aim to build stronger, safer, and more informed teams, partnering with industry leaders like Boral to uplift capability across the bulk materials handling sector.
📅 Kinder will continue hosting additional training sessions throughout 2026, supporting ongoing development and fostering collaborative learning across the industry.
A warm thank you to the Boral VIC group for their enthusiasm and participation. We look forward to continuing this shared journey toward safer and more efficient operations.
