2020 has been a rocky time for us all. The challenging COVID-19 pandemic has certainly tested our ability to pull together as a company and rapidly adapt to the changes.
Our field specialist and engineering team have embraced technology and enjoyed the freedom and flexibility to use video chat platforms (such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams) to converse with customers, and present demos and training. We are looking forward to seeing more of our valued customers in-person in the near future, but know that video chat will also be an option for quick check ins as well as in depth consultations.
