Introducing K-Super Block Skirting Seal – a heavy duty system designed for both side skirting and rear seal material containment. The skirting blocks are made from Kinder & Co’s proven high performance engineered polyurethane and the system is uniquely designed to include separate 25 mm skirting blocks which are held in position using a standard bolt mechanism to a series of serrated clamp plates.
The key benefits of the K-Super Block Skirting Seal are that the individual blocks can be replaced and adjusted without interference with adjacent blocks. It is suitable for all belt widths and belt profiles and is available in fire resistant, fire retardant and anti-static formulas.
The low coefficient friction of the polyurethane translates to low power consumption and longer wear-life. A nonporous skirting seal, the K-Super Block will not collect fines or materials that can cause belt damage.
