Neil Kinder retains his position as the Managing Director of Kinder Australia, ensuring continuity, big-picture strategic thinking, and a steady hand at the helm.
Since 1985, both Neil and Christine have been instrumental in helping the business become the leading independent supplier and manufacturer of bulk handling solutions in the industry.
Charles Pratt, Chief Executive Officer
Charles joined Kinder Australia in 2004, commencing his journey as an engineer with a background in mechanical engineering and business management. His appointment has been a pivotal moment in Kinder’s history, propelling the company forward and infusing it with fresh ideas.
Charles brings a wealth of experience and innovative thinking to his CEO role after serving as the Operations Manager and remaining as a company shareholder.

Sam Veal, Sales & Marketing Manager
Sam joined Kinder Australia in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his role as Sales and Marketing Manager, drawing from his experience working for a relevant industry B2B magazine. Being an astute active listener and multitasker complements his passion for effective communication and relationship-building. These traits enable him to make meaningful connections, which is one of Kinder’s key values.
He collaborates closely with the field application team, and together they examine market dynamics, and devise strategies on how to achieve the best outcome for customers.
