Great to see a strong turnout in WA for our recent Lunch & Learn with Charles Pratt (CEO) and Bart Fox (Business Development Manager).
The WA session focused on showcasing Kinder’s engineering capabilities and project experience — highlighting how we support clients from concept through to implementation across bulk materials handling applications.
The team shared insights into our engineering approach, design support, and real project examples where we’ve helped improve conveyor performance, reliability and overall plant efficiency.
It was fantastic to have such great engagement from design engineers and reliability engineers, with plenty of discussion around collaboration and practical project outcomes.
Looking ahead, Bart will be hosting additional Lunch & Learn sessions this month with our Queensland engineering partners. These sessions will dive deeper into technical training topics including:

✔️ Belt cleaning.
✔️ Common problems at impact areas and identifying root causes.
✔️ Impact area design considerations.
✔️ Chute case studies.
We’ll also be sharing Kinder-developed solutions that address these problem areas to improve reliability, reduce downtime and increase plant availability.
